Hi, SAP HANA Cloud Platform( or SAP Cloud Platform) is a Paas( Platform as a help) . It is for Developers. It gives a stage( IDEs and instruments) to grow new applications/broaden existing applications. SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud( or HEC in short) is an Iaas( Infrastructure as a help). It is Business suite on HANA facilitated and oversaw by SAP. SAP deals with the Hardware, Database,Application layer for you in its Data Centers.
